Commercial Property
The commercial property team act for a broad spectrum of clients and deal with a wide range of commercial property transactions including the purchase & sale of restaurants & hotels, leisure and recreation facilities, medical centres and offices as well as undertaking work for offshore clients and acting for banks and other lending institutions financing deals.
In addition, the department assists in leading clients through the process of new build commercial & mixed use development from the acquisition of the site and liaising with our construction team, through to the subsequent sale of the built development and the individual units & the site & development funding.
