Stephen ten Hove is our construction specialist. He provides construction advice to a wide range of developers, builders and professionals on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious construction law; on the non-contentious side this includes drafting suites of contracts for developments, advising clients on main contracts, sub-contracts, deeds of appointment, warranties and bonds.
On the contentious side he advises clients involved in civil court proceedings, arbitration and mediation. Stephen’s approach is to guide his clients through the complexities of construction law, with the aim of finding a commercial and pragmatic solution to their problems.
