The Employment Department deals with workplace issues, both contentious and non-contentious.

We offer expertise in drafting a range of service, consultancy and compromise agreements as well as staff handbooks and policies and procedures.

On a contentious basis, we advise clients on how to bring and defend claims in the Employment Tribunal and High Court, ranging from unfair dismissal and contractual disputes to discrimination claims.

We also have specific expertise on the Transfer of Undertakings (TUPE) Regulations as well as intellectual property rights, restrictive covenants and confidentiality.
