The Property Litigation Department deals with lease renewals (contested and non contested) under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidations and building claims.
We assist our clients to interpret covenants within both commercial and residential leases and we advise on rent recovery, enfranchisement, injunctive relief and possession.
We advise major corporations, property investors as well as individual clients.
