Residential Property
The Residential Property Department deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing ranging from sale and purchase of individual freehold and leasehold properties to buying and selling properties at auction and the acquisition and disposal of large portfolios of properties.
The department can offer specialist advice on all aspects of property transactions including:
- Leasehold enfranchisement including extending individual Leases and collective acquisitions of freehold by the lessees.
- All Landlord and Tenant matters and matters relating to tenanted properties.
- Acting for Developers (large and small) from the initial site acquisition to ultimate plot sales and post completion management issues. Ross & Craig also have a Construction Team to advise on building / development contracts.
- Auction sales and purchases.
- Refinancing, with our vast experience we can offer valuable assistance with the re-mortgage of an individual property or the refinancing of a large portfolio. We can usually act for the lender and the borrower to expedite the process and help cut costs.
