We do not assure, warrant or guarantee the technical integrity or security of any communication. Emails may be tampered with after they are transmitted and Ross & Craig accepts no responsibility or liability for such changes.
Emails sent to and from our email systems may be stored on discs or in archive storage in accordance with our backup/archiving policy.
Ross & Craig automatically monitors all inbound and outbound emails for viruses. We reserve the right to intercept, store, archive, delete or view such emails for security/audit purposes and where necessary notify relevant authorities and/or initiate appropriate proceedings against the parties involved.
We confirm that outbound emails have been swept for the presence of computer viruses, but do not guarantee such messages to be virus-free. The obligation is on receiving recipients to check our outbound emails are virus-free.
