Adrian is a commercial litigator who also deals with civil and commercial fraud. He advises individuals, partnerships and companies in relation to contentious issues that arise with employees, banks, HM Customs & Excise, Inland Revenue, FSA, etc.
He handles insolvency matters including SFO and DTI investigations, directors’ disqualifications and insolvent trading and regularly advises on contractual disputes. In particular, building disputes arising out of all aspects of commercial and residential property.
His work deals with all aspects of debt recovery, from simple unpaid invoices to international tracing and freezing of assets. He has an expertise in motoring matters, ranging from disputes over defective vehicles to driving offences.
Career Details
Adrian practised at Lovell White & King, Offenbach & Co and Bowling & Co. and joined Ross & Craig in 1999 and became a partner in 2002.
