Daniel is a commercial litigator with extensive experience of High Court litigation, having had conduct of a number of high value, high-profile claims upon which he has achieved successful outcomes at trial.
He acts for individuals and companies whether they are claimants or defendants across a wide range of contentious issues. These include matters arising from contractual disputes, general tort, debt recovery, corporate litigation, intellectual property, professional negligence and insolvency.
His experience ranges from pre-action advice on straightforward debt claims to the appellate courts, having successfully obtained permission from the Court of Appeal to appeal a previous High Court Judgment.
Daniel is a tenacious litigator who has been involved in obtaining and defending against injunctive relief with international elements. At all times, he has a strong focus on achieving pragmatic and commercially sound results.
Daniel undertakes court advocacy where appropriate and has obtained the qualification for the Higher Rights of Audience.
Career Details
Daniel joined Ross & Craig in 2005 as a trainee solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in 2007.
