Deborah specialises in property litigation including lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (contested and non contested); trespass/nuisance claims; applications for specific performance; enfranchisement; interpretation and breaches of covenants; all aspects of tenant default and enforcement, for example, forfeiture; rent recovery; injunctive relief and possession.
She acts on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants in commercial and residential property matters.
Deborah also has experience in debt recovery, in the High Court and County Court; Insolvency, company and individual; professional negligence; personal injury and general contractual disputes.

Deborah joined Ross & Craig in May 2005. She has over 20 years experience in commercial litigation.
