Helen is a commercial litigator, with experience ranging from routine debt collection to major injunctive proceedings. She has also been involved in proceedings involving the arrest of a super-yacht and impounded hundreds of motor vehicles. Helen also advises hotel and restaurant owners in relation to liquor licensing.
Career Details
After gaining a degree in English and French law, (including a year studying at the University of Paris) and prior to becoming a Solicitor, Helen worked for several years in marketing for a global technology brand. She joined Ross & Craig in 2003 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in November 2005.
