His employment experience includes drafting service agreements and guidance on statutory complaints and grievance procedures. He is also involved in sex and race discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal on behalf of both the claimant and the respondent.

Career Details
Prior to becoming a solicitor, James completed a degree in American Studies during which he spent a year in Santa Cruz, California. He subsequently trained as a journalist and was employed for several years as a writer at an international news and features agency. He joined Ross & Craig as a trainee in 2005 and qualified in 2007.
