Mei-Ling specialises in matrimonial cases arising from a divorce or a separation. She handles a variety of cases involving complex financial issues. She also advises on cohabitation contracts and pre nuptial agreements.
Mei-Ling has much experience in respect of cases concerning children, including difficulties experienced by parents in relation to contact and residence. She advises clients on applications by parents for children to leave the jurisdiction of England and Wales to permanently live out of the jurisdiction.
Career Details
Mei initially trained as a Barrister and was called to the Bar of the Middle Temple Inns of Court in 1999. Mei qualified as a solicitor with Gregory Rowcliffe & Milners and in 2001, joined the Family Department at Ross & Craig.
