Natasha is a property solicitor, specialising in commercial property work and residential conveyancing. She deals with a wide variety of transactions relating to both freehold and leasehold property, ranging from sale and purchase transactions, lease renewals, grants and surrenders to refinancing projects.
In addition, Natasha undertakes development work and is currently involved in a major development of commercial and residential property taking place in Liverpool.
Natasha’s work includes some contentious property issues, such as adverse possession claims, boundary disputes and title rectification.
She speaks Spanish fluently and is a competent French and Italian speaker.

Natasha joined Ross & Craig in 2003 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in 2005.
