Phillip manages Ross & Craig’s specialist team of residential property lawyers, who undertake a wide variety of property transactions for a broad range of clients. The team also has a particular expertise in providing legal advice and acting for substantial public limited companies, major developers and individual investors.
He has specialised in a wide range of property matters throughout his career and has considerable experience in all issues relating to property matters. He regularly advises in relation to the commercial aspects and implications of property transactions. Phillip always adopts a sensible, proactive and clear approach.
Phillip has particular expertise in relation to complex residential and commercial acquisitions and sales, portfolio purchases and sales and property and land development work. He also regularly advises in respect of site acquisition and unit sales. Phillip has had much experience of handling property sales and purchases at auctions.
Career Details
Phillip joined Ross & Craig in 1992 as an Articled Clerk and qualified in the Property Department in 1994. He became a Partner in 2003 and Manager of the Firm’s Residential Property Team in 2004.
