Stephen has a broad commercial and residential background spanning over 30 years. He specialises in property investments for UK and offshore clients, commercial leasing and residential and commercial development. He also deals with joint ventures and bank finance for property transactions. For many years he has acted for clients in the retail and leisure industries, dealing with hotel and restaurant acquisitions and disposals.
He regularly acts for banks in relation to property loans, related security issues and offshore structures.
Career Details
Stephen was articled at Birkbeck Montagu in the City and became a Partner in 1980. In 1991, he was a founding partner of Stepien Lake Gilbert & Paling. In 1995, he joined Klimt & Co as a partner and in 1997 joined Bowling & Co. Stephen joined Ross & Craig as a partner in 1998.
