Employment Law

Stephen is a specialist in all aspects of employment law. He has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment issues, including Tribunal, County Court, and High Court employment work. He regularly advises in relation to The Transfer of Undertakings Regulations in commercial transactions; and drafts consultancy and employment contracts and those aspects of commercial contracts that relate to the Transfer of Undertakings Regulations.

Litigation

Stephen also specialises in Commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on construction disputes, including adjudication, arbitration and Technology and Construction Court proceedings.
He also advises on non-contentious construction work.

Career Details

Stephen was articled at Kingsley Napley and qualified in 1990. Prior to joining Ross & Craig as a partner in 2002, he was a partner at Landau & Landau.
